Then we added a honey-processed Catimor from China — a nod to our roots — bringing body and a tea-like finish to the cup. To finish things off, we blended in naturally processed Guatemalan coffee that adds a slightly boozy sweetness and a punchy finish The result is a mellow but lively espresso with layers of flavor that keep things interesting from the first sip to the last Our first take on what a Mellow espresso can be. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed putting it together!
