Grown at 1,800 meters and carefully fermented and dried, it highlights everything we love about a classic washed coffee — refined sweetness, gentle acidity, and an elegant, tea-like structure. The cup opens with the soft, coating sweetness of wildflower honey before giving way to warm baked apple. As it cools, black tea comes forward, adding structure and depth to a finish that is smooth, clean, and quietly complex.
