Introducing Neem's first coffee for 2026. Hello all!  Thanks you all for waiting. For the year of 2026, we come back with super fun line ups. So hope you all are excited as we are! First coffee of this year is Washed coffee from Colombia. This coffee from Carolina Ramirez has really classic flavor profile of Colombian coffee; bright acidity, red fruit like cherry and other small berries, good chocolate like sweetness and bit of herbal finish.  We've been looking for something that's closer to 'daily coffee' and we think this coffee is a great example of that. It's well balanced, sweet and round.  Hope you enjoy!  We highly recommend resting it for at least two weeks.
