Peru - Eduardo Quispe SL9

Hello!  Here comes our third offering from Peru!  We've mentioned it multiple time on previous coffee releases from Peru, but how can you not love a good cup of coffee from Peru? When especially it's SL9 variety! Paul cupped this coffee when they were in Houston prepping for David's USBC and at the cupping, Paul decided to buy it. There were many tasty geshas and SL9 were on the table, but this one definitely stood out for us with such a soft floral and citrus notes. With it being grown at 2,080MASL, this coffee has dense sweetness and high clarity come with soft floral that's overarching the cup throughout hot to cold. When it's hot, it has soft citrus acidity that's not too bright but gentle followed by floral that reminds us of chamomile tea. As cools, sweetness turns into melon like with smooth mouthfeel. Floral gets more defined as cup cools so make sure to enjoy this coffee throughout its journey.  We highly recommend resting it for at least three weeks.
