Description

This washed process Reserve Lot is made up of small harvests from producers living on or around Ninga Hill who deliver their cherry to the eponymously named Ninga washing station for processing. The Ninga washing station also serves as the delivery site for cherries grown in two additional nearby hill communities: Bumba and Giku. In this lot, we find inviting vanilla and caramel aromatics on the nose, followed by a mix of juicy stone fruits and fresh summer melon in the cup.
