Around 400 families deliver cherry there each year, most farming organically on less than a hectare, with coffee growing alongside corn and false banana under native shade trees. This lot comes from twenty of them, chosen because their fruit is consistently the best that arrives. They are paid a premium on delivery and a second payment once the coffee sells, which lands just as they are preparing for the next harvest. Special Lot These micro-lots have been selected because they show distinct character, and they exemplify our high standards of quality and clarity.
