We start by selecting a specific flavor profile. Sweet, syrupy, and milk chocolate. Once this profile is set, we cup a variety of coffees blind to find the perfect ones that embody these attributes. This intentional, methodical process ensures that each batch delivers a consistent and satisfying cup. Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, dried cranberries and caramelised banana.
