[PRE-ORDER] Thailand - Karen Farm & Palore Coffee - 3 Bag Set

This is a pre-order coffee. It will be roasted on October 6 and shipped October 7/8, 2026. If purchased with other products, everything will ship together once the coffee is ready. This set includes 3x 100g bags. Only 50 sets available. Enjoy brewing these side by side and compare how variety, elevation, and process shape each cup. All coffees will be on the fruitier side with some nuttiness. Karen Farm, Chiang Rai Two coffees in this set come from Karen Farm. The first is a natural Catimor grown at 1530 to 1600 MASL. The second is a natural blend of Yellow Typica and Yellow Bourbon grown at 1300 MASL. Both lots benefit from a drying setup the producers designed themselves. After natural fermentation, the coffee dries on raised beds and in a low-temperature, low-humidity drying room built to raise the quality of the coffee. Somphong and Wandee Saeyang of the Karen tribe own Karen Farm. We were very fortunate to visit them in Thailand in 2023, and we're thrilled to bring their coffee to Canada. Palore Coffee, Chiang Mai The third coffee is a mixed-variety lot from Jaroon Sangsanguan of Palore Coffee in Thepsadet, Doisaket, Chiang Mai. It grew at 1000 to 1500 MASL and went through a dry anaerobic yeast process.
