Wilder Lazo's passion for genetics and innovation inspires him to push the boundaries of coffee cultivation. You can expect sweet fruit notes of apricot and orange, and a floral and tea-like finish of white jasmine. We had the privilege of supporting Mikolaj Pociecha on his journey, from becoming the '26 Dutch Brewers Cup Champion to competing at the '26 World Brewers Cup, which took place in Brussels in June.
