Description
Made for us by our dear friend Tamiru Tadesse, this special hybrid washed lot comes from his main site in the town of Alo, Bensa. In the cup we find tropical fruit, candied peach, rose, and berries. Region: Alo Village, Bensa, Sidama Altitude: 2,400 - 2,550 masl Harvest: January 2026 Processing: Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Floated to further remove defects. Held in-cherry in sealed tanks for 96 hours. De-pulped and mechanically stripped of mucilage, skipping traditional fermentation. Dried in shade until moisture content reaches ~9–10%.
