Description
This lot from the talented young producer Luis Muños is the first from a new project underway in Gaitania. In the cup we find ripe berries, tamarind, and lime zest. Region: Gaitania, Tolima Altitude: 2,000 masl Harvest: July 2026 Processing: Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Floated. Held in-cherry for 48 hours. De-pulped. Fermented for an additional 60 hours. Washed. Dried on raised beds until moisture content reaches ~10%.
