Tasting notes: Honeysuckle, Jasmine, Juicy Citrus Jorge Rojas’ Colombia Washed Geisha is a beautifully clean and expressive coffee from Finca La Roca in Planadas, Tolima, grown at 1850 metres. This light-roasted lot is the sixth coffee we’ve featured from Jorge and the third of his Geisha coffees. Carefully selected cherries are pulped, washed, and meticulously dried to preserve the variety’s delicate character. The cup combines elegant honeysuckle and jasmine florals with juicy citrus reminiscent of lemon tea, complemented by a silky body and sparkling finish. A refined Geisha that highlights Jorge’s dedication to quality and specialty coffee.
