The coffee delivers a juicy and balanced espresso with notes of sweet orange, redcurrant, and delicate rooibos. Its bright fruit character and clean structure create a lively shot, while the juicy mouthfeel adds depth and sweetness. A versatile choice for both straight espresso and milk-based drinks, Shyira showcases the distinctive character of high-altitude Rwandan coffee.
