Roasted 09/09 - 250g From SEY... "We do not currently buy much coffee from San Adolfo, but this lot from Susan Meneses is a standout. We look forward to visiting and learning more on our next trip to Huila. In this cup we find hibiscus, blueberry, and finger lime." VARIETAL Pink Bourbon REGION San Adolfo, Huila ALTITUDE 1,730 masl HARVEST May 2026 PROCESSING Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Floated to further remove defects. De-pulped on the day of harvest. Dry-fermented for 48 hours. Washed. Dried on raised beds until moisture content reaches 10.5%.
