The bright citrus notes of its coffee captivate many enthusiasts. This washed process coffee, made from cherries grown at altitudes of about 1800-2300m in Sidamo, is processed using the "Mountain Water Decaf Process" by Descamex in Mexico. This system safely removes over 97% of caffeine using only water, without any chemical solvents.
