Grown at 1,640 meters on the southern slopes of the Santa Bárbara Mountain Nature Reserve, this washed Parainema benefits from cool temperatures and slow cherry maturation. Careful processing preserves clarity and sweetness, creating a cup defined by bright acidity, crisp fruit, and a remarkably clean finish. Each coffee is roasted to order.
