This is second coffee this year so far from this farm and we are delighted that we could secure a VERY small amount of it. It is a juicy washed bourbon aji from the producers Yessica and Diego Parra. This beautifully vibrant coffee stands out on filter brew methods and has great intensity. The bourbon ají varietal is becoming more and more popular in Colombia for its distinctive flavor profile, and this washed one from El Mirador showcases it wonderfully.
