Each year, Lost Origin combs the mountains of Boquete in search of the best cherries. These high-altitude coffees are then transformed in their lab, where science meets creativity. Fermentations take place in custom-made tanks at controlled temperature and humidity, under the watchful eye of specialists attending to every detail. In the cup, this coffee reveals floral notes recalling rose, soft and elegant. Then mirabelle plum adds to that floral sweetness, and the tasting ends on delicate notes of white peach, clear and bright. Roasted for filter.
