Description
Tastes Like Strawberry • Blueberry • Yogurt Tanat's Take: This funky coffee comes from the famous Finca Monteblanco, nestled at 1730 metres above sea level on the heights of Pitalito. Under the visionary direction of producer Rodrigo Sanchez, this micro-farm has become a true laboratory of innovation, recognised worldwide for its innovative fermentation processes. For this lot, the coffee cherries are fermented with a red-fruit nectar and yeasts to heighten the aromatic complexity. The result in the cup is full of indulgence, revealing intense notes of strawberry and blueberry wrapped in a creamy texture reminiscent of yogurt, for a smooth and incredibly fruity finish that pushes the limits of the Colombian terroir.
