ライチとヨーグルトのような優しい酸味があり、レモネードや白ブドウの爽やかな印象のコーヒーです。ホットでも美味しいですがアイス（特にエスプレッソを作れる環境がある方はアイスアメリカーノ）がオススメです。ミルクブリューでも特に個性を発揮するためパックを自分で作るのが面倒な方はこちらをどうぞ。 Luzは高度な精製処理を行う世界的にも著名なコーヒー生産者であり、彼女の夫であるJairo ArcilaのコーヒーもまたFREAKで何度か取り扱っています。Luzのコーヒーは世界中のロースターも取り扱っており、フルーツジュースやカクテルのような華やかな体験を得られるほど高品質なため、インフューズドプロセスを苦手としている人たちにも受け入れられています。 このロットは60〜72時間の嫌気性発酵を行い、その発酵期間中にライチを加えます。その後パルピングされ、ミューシレージを残した状態で理想的な水分含量が得られるまで、pHと温度を細かく管理されながら18〜25日程ベッドにて乾燥させます。   This coffee has a gentle tartness reminiscent of lychee and yoghurt, with the refreshing notes of lemonade and white grapes. Whilst it is delicious served hot, we recommend enjoying it iced (particularly an iced Americano, if you have the facilities to make an espresso). It really comes into its own when brewed with milk, so if you find making your own coffee packs a bit of a faff, this is the one for you. Luz is a world-renowned coffee producer known for her advanced processing techniques, and we at FREAK have also stocked coffee from her husband, Jairo Arcila, on several occasions. Luz’s coffee is sourced by roasters worldwide; its exceptional quality delivers a vibrant experience reminiscent of fruit juice or cocktails, making it appealing even to those who are usually wary of infused processes. This lot undergoes 60–72 hours of anaerobic fermentation, during which lychees are added.
