熟したイチゴやイチゴジャムのような甘さに、ラズベリーの酸っぱさとホットワインのスパイシーな甘さもあり、バターのような質感が楽しめるコーヒーです。ベリー系の酸味とブドウのようなフレーバーが混ざることでバブルガムのような印象にもなります。 Luzは高度な精製処理を行う世界的にも著名なコーヒー生産者であり、彼女の夫であるJairo ArcilaのコーヒーもまたFREAKで何度か取り扱っています。Luzのコーヒーは世界中のロースターも取り扱っており、フルーツジュースやカクテルのような華やかな体験を得られるほど高品質なため、インフューズドプロセスを苦手としている人たちにも受け入れられています。 このロットは60〜72時間の嫌気性発酵を行い、その発酵期間中にイチゴを加えます。その後パルピングされ、ミューシレージを残した状態で理想的な水分含量が得られるまで、pHと温度を細かく管理されながら18〜25日程ベッドにて乾燥させます。   This coffee offers a sweetness reminiscent of ripe strawberries or strawberry jam, combined with the tartness of raspberries and the spicy sweetness of mulled wine, whilst boasting a buttery texture. The blend of berry-like acidity and grape-like flavours also creates a bubblegum-like impression. Luz is a world-renowned coffee producer known for her advanced processing techniques, and we at FREAK have also stocked coffee from her husband, Jairo Arcila, on several occasions. Luz’s coffee is sourced by roasters worldwide; its exceptional quality delivers a vibrant experience reminiscent of fruit juice or cocktails, making it appealing even to those who are usually wary of infused processes. This lot undergoes 60–72 hours of anaerobic fermentation, during which strawberries are added.
