Josh’s notes:Classic aroma on bag open of a medium roast coffee. Very approachable. On grind, there’s the smell of burning sugar like caramel and molasses, with a hint of blood orange there. Nice mild aroma on wet. The brew is mild, but there is a very clear note of sweet milky caramel and/or caramel covered blood orange, or perhaps papaya. (couldn’t decide on that one.) The nuttiness of roasted almond is present as well. This is a coffee for everyone. Even your mom.
