Miguel's  coffees have consistently impressed us with their expressive, distinctive character. This washed Pink Bourbon is no exception: bright and refined, with a rich herbal quality and plenty of sweetness. In the cup, expect notes of apricot, apple jam, ripe figs and dried red berries, balanced by a lively floral acidity and a clean, lingering finish. There’s a lovely combination of depth and brightness here, making this a coffee that reveals more as it cools. The coffee is selectively handpicked at peak ripeness and processed entirely on Miguel’s farm, where he has his own mill and drying facilities. The washed process allows the character of the Pink Bourbon variety to shine through, giving the cup clarity and structure without sacrificing richness. About Pink Bourbon Pink Bourbon has become one of Colombia’s most exciting coffee varieties in recent years. Despite its name, genetic research suggests that it may have roots in Ethiopian heirloom varieties rather than being a straightforward Bourbon mutation. In the cup, it can show remarkable floral, fruity and high-acidity characteristics, sometimes drawing comparisons to Geisha.
