Kenya - Karindundu AA SL28, SL34

Hello!  We're back with our first coffee from Kenya this season! This SL28 and SL34 separated lots from Karindundu factory in Nyeri, Kenya.  We fell in love with this coffee because of its bright and lively acidity reminds us of red berries and floral like cranberry, red currant and hibiscus. As it cools, it has sticky sweetness that lots of Kenyan coffees have like ripe naval orange or almost like orange creamsicle.  We roasted this coffee to highlight its vibrant acidity but not overpowering everything which led to its almost tea like texture.  It feels like drinking really fruity tea that has lots of red berries in it!  Hope you all like this coffee as we are.  We highly recommend resting it for at least three weeks.
