We have been altogether thrilled at how Ethiopian coffees from all over have been tasting this season, and it has been a joy for us to expand our sourcing into Gedeb this year. We look forward to having some of these Gedeb/Yirg coffees on the menu yearly! Chelbesa is as solid as they come - super yellow/orange leaning in profile, zesty and aromatic. Sweet yellow nectarine, wildflower honey, and orange zest round out this lovely expression.
