Rotating Blend - 400g (14.10oz) - Roasted weekly

This coffee will be roasted once per week, typically on Wednesdays. We’re trying something different with this blend - breaking from the usual coffee roastery playbook to keep things sustainable and fun, while offering something different from anything else that currently exists. The problem: minimum order quantities in when buying green coffee can be high for a small roastery like ours, where even 24–60 kg is a lot when you’re roasting for 100g or 200g bags. We also like to overbuy from our producing partners at times, either to support their work or to pad the order for lower shipping costs. The traditional answer to the minimum order quantity problem is to grow bigger and to move more volume from wholesale, a high‑volume, low‑margin route that ultimately imposes its own limits.  So that means finding creative ways to move slower‑moving green inventory without compromising quality. This blend is part of our answer to this problem. It will be an ongoing coffee experiment: a rotating combination of green lots from our current inventory blended together to taste as good as we can make it.  We don't intend on ever buying new coffees specifically to put in this blend, it will always be purely our existing inventory. However, the mix will evolve as we roast through different coffees, roasted in the same signature ultralight profile as any of our other coffees. This project is meant to be a win‑win. By skipping the wholesale middleman, we can offer a tasty coffee at a rock‑bottom price (remember: active subscribers get an additional 10% off standalone coffees) while clearing space for the next wave of fresh harvests.
