In this case it’s a classic Janson Geisha from the legendary Kai + Jannette Janson. Nestled among the most expensive coffees in the world-often selling for $10,000/lb-is this plot of Geisha crop which experienced simply a classic natural processing allowing 100% of it’s terroir to speak. Panama farming and its geographical positioning allows crop to grow extra slowly in it’s rich volcanic soil. Complex by nature and lovely in our cups - it’s what the coffee of tomorrow can be about.  And it being from Janson Farms, you know it'll be clean, bright and tea like all the way.
