It's an ode to Iris and it's staff's love of Strawberry Co-ferments and sticky rich lactic style processing. It's done by a rare, and new style of strawberry fermentation Bryan personally chased for the better part of all of 2025. It gives this coffee a wildly alive and rich red fruits flare.
