Description
This offering is a traditionally washed processed Pink Bourbon with a twist. Sebastian Ramirez is a producer everyone should know for his wild processing techniques and now, varietal growing on his estate at El Placer. Sebastian's Pink Bourbon is a wonderful example of "happy coffee" growing on the land in Quindío, Colombia. The light profile is reminding us of lemonade, green tea, red berries, white florals, with a lychee sweetness. At ultralight, it has a delicate white tea body, mellow but sweet, with notes of lychee, gummy worms, and a floral finish of honeysuckle and lavender. This coffee launched on October 1st as Drop 3!
