This process allowed natural enzymes to interact with the fruit’s sugars, enhancing the coffee’s complexity and smoothness. Following fermentation, the cherries were dried under shade on raised beds. This slow drying process preserved delicate flavours, natural sweetness, and aromatic qualities. Environmental conditions were carefully monitored throughout. Once dried, the beans were meticulously hulled and sorted. Roasters Note - Roasted for filter, we’ve aimed to preserve the coffee’s naturally vibrant fruit character while keeping the cup clean and expressive. Expect juicy plum, refreshing watermelon and ripe stone-fruit notes, followed by a sweet, lingering finish. A lively and approachable cup that highlights the fruit-forward character of naturally processed coffee from the Koraput region.
