Description
Tastes Like Milk Chocolate • Hazelnut • Cherry MOK's Take: Espresso B stands for 100% Brazil, no blends, all credit to the producers — great as espresso and for all your milky drinks. This ++ grind is tuned for fully automatic machines like Jura. The Barbosa family has cultivated coffee on their estate since the early 1900s; today it's run by Danilo Barbosa, great-grandson of founder Elias Barbosa. Fazenda D'Barbosa is 3,322 hectares, of which 983 are dedicated to coffee, grown in Cerrado, Minas Gerais between 900 and 1250 masl. Cherries are picked by mechanical rakes, aerobically fermented in big tanks for 48 to 72 hours, then laid out to dry naturally on patios. To discover these flavour profiles we recommend soft mineral water with a low HCO3 (bicarbonate), aiming for total hardness below 140 mg/l.
