For several generations the Amar González family has grown coffee in the heart of the Bambito region, between 1600 and 1800 metres, on the slopes of the Barú volcano. Surrounded by two national parks, the plantation benefits from a cool climate, volcanic soils and unique microclimates that favour slow cherry maturation. The family's exacting standards, paired with meticulous work throughout production, have made Bambito Estate one of Panama's most respected estates. It is carried by notes of green tea, jasmine, lemon, apricot and a delicate almond.
