Description
There are coffees you drink – and coffees you disappear into. Strawberry Fields is pure escape into a sun-drenched burst of red berries, sweet watermelon, and ripe plums. Naturally processed and wildly juicy, this single origin coffee is light, playful, and packed with flavour. A sip is all it takes to leave the everyday behind. Grown in the highlands with care and passion – crafted to brighten your day. Lost in a grey moment? One cup, and you're back in the sunshine. ROAST PROFILE A light, careful roast to balance all the wildness. We keep the acidity alive to lift the natural sweetness, while preserving the rich notes of red berries, watermelon and plum. No heavy hand needed – just a bright, clean finish. ORIGIN The contents of the bag rotate with the harvest seasons – but the flavour profile stays the same. Right now, you’ll find a natural coffee from a group of smallholder farmers in Guji, Ethiopia. In the highlands of Guji, Ethiopia, smallholder farmers play a vital role in producing exceptional coffee. This coffee comes from the Raro Boda kebele in the Guji zone of Ethiopia, where over 700 smallholder producers cultivate landrace and locally selected varieties on small family plots at 2300 meters. Once picked, the cherries are delivered to a local washing station where they undergo Natural processing. This method, which involves drying the cherries in the sun, allows the coffee’s rich, fruity flavours to shine. The result is a vibrant cup with notes of red berries, watermelon, and plum, reflecting both the skill of the farmers and the careful processing. Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, is home to regions like Guji, known for their unique flavour profiles and traditional farming techniques. Through partnerships with washing stations these smallholder farmers are able to bring their high-quality coffee to a wider audience while preserving the legacy of Ethiopian coffee.
