He cultivated his farm at 2,000m, aware of the challenges that altitude would bring. He named the farm Margarita 26 — after his daughter and her birthday. It is one of the most beautiful farms we've visited in Costa Rica, both for its setting and for the quality of its coffee. This honey catuai scored highest among our daily Costa Rica lots this year (average of 86.75)— sweet and floral, with notes of apple jam and orange blossom.
