Description
FRUITY PINK BOURBON MOUTH MAGIC! Forest Coffee was founded in 2019 with a vision to unlock the potential of Colombian coffee through innovative processing, education, and sustainability. Pink Bourbon Punch was designed to showcase the variety’s distinct character. Ripe cherries undergo a 12-hour pre-fermentation followed by 24 hours of anaerobic fermentation to develop deeper, more complex fruit flavors. The coffee begins drying in a mechanical silo before moving to raised beds, where it dries in the sun to 11% moisture. The result is a sweet, dynamic cup with notes of purple grape, blackberry, and brown sugar.
