A light and effervescent cup which starts out with mixed yellow fruits and a bit of melon, peach and iris comes out with more extraction, and hints of spice notes round out the finish.Will it Spro? Washed process, dried on patios, 1700-2100 masl.Sold in 300g bags.Brewmaster J's Notes and TipsS&W Ella Todos Santos Field Blend Guatemala I got a nice, sugary up on batch brews with some stone fruit and brown sugar notes.  The finish has a slight florals note to it that I associate with orange blossom.  This one was very easy to dial.  First batch brew hit well and that’s what I stuck with.  Through the bag the base came out a bit more on the chocolate side.  Overall nice batch coffee especially if you’ve been are getting burned out by more intense or highly processed beans.   Grind 65 DF64 MPTemp 92CBrewer V60-02Recipe 4 pour 30g/500g recipe 100/200/200 with a 30s bloom.
