Description
This lot from Duber Mejia is easily one of the best coffees we have tasted from Urrao this year. The coffee is remarkably articulated and complex, and it is rare to encounter coffee of this caliber from a largely unknown producer. In the cup we find prickly pear, lychee, and honeydew. Region: Urrao, Antioquia Altitude: 1,900 masl Harvest: February 2026 Processing: Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Floated to further remove defects. Held in-cherry overnight. De-pulped. Dry-fermented for 36 hours. Washed. Dried on raised beds until moisture content reaches 10.5%.
