Description
We do not currently buy much coffee from San Adolfo, but this lot from Susan Meneses is a standout. We look forward to visiting and learning more on our next trip to Huila. In this cup we find hibiscus, blueberry, and finger lime. Region: San Adolfo, Huila Altitude: 1,730 masl Harvest: May 2026 Processing: Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Floated to further remove defects. De-pulped on the day of harvest. Dry-fermented for 48 hours. Washed. Dried on raised beds until moisture content reaches 10.5%.
