Description

Apricot jam, soft pear and a rounded almond finish. Like a fruit-filled almond tart. A Grade 1 natural from Muje Mesina washing station in East Guji, where smallholder families grow coffee in their backyards at 1,980–2,200 metres. The cherries are floated, then dried whole on shaded raised beds for 12 to 15 days. Roasted for espresso as part of our Espresso Program. Jammy and bright as a short black, soft and nutty through milk.
