To mark the occasion we saved one of the most exciting lots we've tasted all year: a rare Java varietal from Diofanor Ruiz in Quindío, Colombia, processed as a Natural. Layered and indulgent — blueberries, mango cheesecake, white chocolate and a bright lime lift. A true celebration coffee, in tiny quantities. Once it's gone, it's gone.
