The coffee grows between 2,200 and 2,300 masl in acidic red soils, with moderate daytime temperatures and abundant seasonal rainfall. Ripe red cherries are selectively handpicked by outgrower farmers and delivered to the Ana Sora station, where they are carefully processed to preserve their vibrant fruit character. In the cup, Israel Degefa offers a juicy, fruit-forward profile, opening with ripe peach and plum before developing a smooth, honeyed sweetness through the finish. The natural process highlights the expressive fruit character of the 74112 and 74110 varietals, making this an especially vibrant choice for espresso.
