The group shares infrastructure including a cupping laboratory, drying stations and centralised warehouses, allowing producers to improve quality while maintaining full traceability. At the heart of the community is Don Linarco, known as “Don Lino,” whose deep agricultural knowledge and commitment to innovation have helped raise standards across the region. His work spans selective harvesting, fermentation and drying, while also supporting younger growers and promoting responsible farming practices within the community.
