Finca Buena Vista Pink Bourbon

Description

Pink Bourbon is a Colombian variety known for producing expressive, fruit-forward coffees with plenty of character. In this coffee, the variety and processing come together to create a lively cup with bright acidity and a distinctly carbonated quality. The cup is bright and fizzy, with notes of hibiscus, limeade, and lacto plum. There’s a peppery quality alongside the acidity, while the finish lingers with a gentle carbonation on the tongue. We recommend brewing this as a pour over and letting it cool. Both the carbonation and pepperiness soften with temperature, leaving a juicier, more rounded cup. We recommend four weeks of rest from roast date for the best cup. Size: 125g Process: Semi-washed Region: San Agustín, Huila, Colombia Producer: Edgar Motta, Finca Buena Vista Variety: Pink Bourbon
