Just a few bags left of this coffee first featured in our TAKE A SEAT guided tasting series and offered to our ON REPEAT subscribers.    A product of four generations of coffee growers, the Bressani family, and their farm Finca San Jerónimo Miramar. This washed processed Sidra has a fascinating lore (check out B Sides write up on Sidra as 'the People's Coffee') and exceptional tasting profile to match. The fully-organic, biodiverse growing environment of Finca San Jerónimo Miramar jumps from this brewed cup with sweet, mineral acidity followed by florality and pleasant brightness.
