Hamasho Anaerobic has been one of our long-standing crew favorites, and it's back for the third year in a row! The anaerobic natural process, paired with the 74158 Ethiopia heirloom varietal, beautifully accentuates the presence of tropical fruit in the cup. It begins with a light, subdued mouthfeel and finishes with crisp, clean clarity. Hamasho Anaerobic is a perfect example of how a single bean can express a range of flavour tones, simply through a change in processing method. This is the same coffee as the Daye Bensa Hamasho Natural, but processed with the extra anaerobic stage during the processing.
