A shot of Dipsea Espresso always feels like coming home. We created this classic blend with comfort in mind, recreating the smooth and easy-going flavors that helped many of us to fall in love with espresso. Components: Brazil: Region Norte Pioneiro, Paraná; Producer Capricornio Coffees; Variety Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Catuaí, Tupi; Milling Natural. A natural-process coffee from Brazil forms the rich base of Dipsea Espresso, combining the nutty characteristics typical of Brazilian coffee with delicate fruit flavors. Guatemala: Region Atitlan; Producer Multiple producers; Variety Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra; Milling Washed. To enhance the body and complexity of the blend, we add a fully washed coffee from Guatemala with notes of chocolate and baking spices. Colombia: Region Boyaca, Cundinamarca; Producer Multiple producers; Variety Castillo, Colombia; Milling Washed. The finishing touch of Dipsea Espresso is a fully washed coffee from Colombia. Its citrus-like acidity lifts and accentuates the flavors of the blend's other components.
