Our flagship espresso and a cafe staple, Tigerwalk was designed to highlight sweet & fruit forward flavors with just enough roasting time to yield the balance and versatility that espresso often calls for. Components: Colombia: Region Cauca; Producer Multiple producers; Variety Caturra, Colombia, Castillo; Milling Washed. A deep and fruity coffee from Colombia serves as Tigerwalk Espresso's foundation, offering rich flavors of dark cherry, ripe berries, and a full-bodied red wine profile. Kenya: Region Aberdare Mts., Mt. Kenya; Producer Multiple producers; Variety SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11; Milling Washed. A fully washed coffee from the Aberdare Mountains in Kenya adds flavors of citrus and a juicy acidity to the blend, complimenting the flavors contributed by its other components. Ethiopia: Region Sidama, Bombe; Producer Ayla Bensa Washing Station; Variety Local Heirloom; Milling Natural. We finalize this blend with the vibrant and fruit-forward flavors of a natural process coffee from the Ayla Bensa Washing Station in the Bombe Mountains of Southern Ethiopia.
