Dark Espresso Blend ~ A Traditional Dark Roast Notes: Dark Chocolate • Bold • Full-Bodied This is officially the darkest coffee we have ever roasted! If you’ve followed us for a while, you know we usually obsess over preserving sweetness, origin character, acidity, and all the little details we love about great coffee. This one throws that philosophy out the window! Does it have oils? Yes! A blend of four different coffees from our Good Brothers Espresso Blend, along with a coffee from Peru to help smooth out the flavor. Expect dark, heavy-bodied flavors with a long, lingering finish. Perfect with milk! Resting Recommendations: 10 days from the roast date for espresso and 7 days for drip. Roast Level: Dark — 17.02% weight loss Whole bean color: 50.1 Ground color: 71 (LeBrew) A higher number indicates a lighter color. Our goal is NOT to bring as much sweetness and origin character of this bean forward, but instead to provide a coffee specifically for the dark roast crowd.
