A wet-hulled, fairtrade and organic certified coffee produced by Koperasi Buana Mandiri on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. A fully washed, fairtrade and organic certified coffee produced by the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia The Honduran and Indonesian coffees carry the blend and give it a rich body and sweetness. The coffee from Peru provides the balance and soft middle tones. The Yirgacheffe coffee give the Cascadia blend its fruity notes.
