From the Gedeo Zone of Sidamo in Southern Ethiopia — one of the country's most celebrated coffee-growing regions. This naturally sundried lot comes from numerous smallholder farmers whose beans are exported through EDN Ethiopian Coffee Export PLC. Swiss Water Process Decaf Acidity: Moderate/Sweet Aroma: Sweet, cocoa Body: Medium Milling Process: Natural, sundried on raised beds Tasting Notes: Cocoa powder, caramel, hazelnut, dried cherry, chocolate, molasses The growing altitude is 1700–2000 meters above sea level. Varietals are Ethiopian heirloom cultivars. Exported by EDN Ethiopian Coffee Export PLC.
